Hi Ben, and welcome to Olam ha-zeh!
We are looking forward to meeting you for the first time tomorrow at your Brit Milah! You have the same Mohel (Rabbi Jay Feder) as our son Raphael who was born only a month before you.
Wishing you and your parents all the best,
Lev, Miriam, and Raphael
Phil and Ornit--Good Job!
Ben--Good Luck with those two (and remember, some white food [eg. milk] is good for you).
Hope I can see all of you soon.
Ben you're adorable and wired! Quite an accomplishment for a week old child - but I would expect nothing less from the progeny of Phil and Ornit! Looking forward to seeing you! Love, Fast Eddy.
Ben,
You have already brought so much happiness to your parents and to those around them, and all you've had to do is be you!
We love you, and we haven't even met you already!
Welcome to the world.
Love,
Seth & Amy
My happiness is now complete. I now have all that a mother wishes for herself. All three of my children are happily married and with the birth of Ben Weinstock, now all of them have wonderful and cute children. Ben you are the seventh of our grandchildren, and we wish that you will be sweet like your parents -- good, healthy, and wise. And we hope to see you soon...in Israel.
Dear little Ben -- as our seventh Dorkam/Dispeker and fourth Weinstock grandchild, you have a great legacy to carry on: to be a decent, loving, joyous human being; to fight for good causes; to help people in need, and altogether contribute to make this world a tiny bit better. Be happy!
Hey Ben!
Welcome to the world and the cyber world! I'm looking forward to meeting you in person.
If you ever need ice cream, a skateboard, a drum set, or whatever, first try asking your parents nicely. Then, when they say no, try throwing a tantrum. And then, when they so no--because they truly are good parents and know what's best for you--ask me and I will give you anything you want. That's my job as an uncle.
That's it for now. Hope to see you soon. Until then try sleeping at night. Really, it's fun. Trust me.
Love, Uncle Michael, Aunt Nava, and Cousin Shani (who can't wait to meet you and demands to have her picture included in the family tree!)
Dear Ben,
Welcome to the family! I hope that you will have a long, wonderful and satisfying life. I love you and miss holding you.
Grandpa Hal
Dearest Ben,
Although I just met you a few days ago I loved you even before that. I knew you would be a lovely baby based on who your parents are and I was not disappointed. You have an exciting adventure ahead of you which I hope will be filled with wonderful things. Just keep the good sense of humor, intelligence, charm, and good values you have inherited from your parents, use them wisely to chart you through life. Have a smooth sailing! Much love, Grandma p.s. The next time we meet your eyes will be open wide so you can see me and I can see how blue they really are. xxxx and oooo
congratulations to Mom & Dad on your arrival. Also your grandparents Weinstock are very excited about you. In addition, I am writing this welcome message on this computer due to a very well meaning comment made by your father to your grand-uncle. I am so glad that it is never too late for updating experiences...Again, welcome.
Ben dear,
WELCOME TO THE WORLD!!! we can't wait to meet you! Have a cooing and gurgling start!! Much love,Joanie and Harry
You my friend, are a lucky little man. You will know the most beautiful love imaginable by your folks and family. What you don't know is that you will have a life long friend --me--to doat over you, let you break the rules, eat ice-cream before dinner and stay up past your bedtime on school nights.
I look forward to lots of fun together.
Lots of love,
Crazy Aunt STEF
Barbara and I hope to see you and your parents and grandparents
weinstock soon. i hope that you have a singing voice like your
father and learn all the "important" songs like mrs zimmerman,
which your father has made so famous.
Uncle Hy
Don't listen to anything your parents tell you, kid. I know them personally, and believe me, you're better off getting advice from your Uncle Jonny. Next time I'm out in Colorado, you and me are gonna head straight for Arapahoe Park (it's where your Daddy and me blew one of our very last Zing paychecks).
Shalom, etc.
And one more thing...
Next time you're out in LA, your Aunt Carmen Electra and I have got 50 single women I can introduce you to.
Ben,
Welcome! Your look wonderful and your mom and dad look great! How lucky you are to have such fabulous parents, spectacular grandparents and terrific aunts and uncles (not to mention those adorable cousins)!! I can hardly wait to meet you in person, in the meantime I will visit you in cyberspace. With my best wishes and love, Jody Helft-Moss
Welcome Ben, We are so happy to see your pictures. Your folks look mighty pleased with you. I have known your whole family for a very long time. My parents were friends of your Great Grandparents, Ida and Nathan Lans. We live in Los Angeles so I am happy to renew my friendship with your grandmother Barbara,(will you call her Savta?).
We look forward to "seeing" you grow on the internet and to meeting you in preson when you visit L.A.
Love, Elaine
Welcome to the Molmud-Weinstock Havurah. Hope to see you in Beverly Hills and meet the rest of the family here.
Love,
Cousins Arline and Paul
I can't be too mushy since I've not met you yet, but I can say that you make a mean Web site. Congratulations on coming into the world and achieving such HTML proficiency so soon out of the womb!
(And pass my well wishes to your parents too!)
You will be a good third baseman. How to handle your parents...
Be cool!
How to make your parents buy things for you...
Ask,ASK,Ask!
I found a bug on the road. I 8 IT.
XXXX0000XOX0XOX0. I love you, my darling!
Ben,
Welcome to the world!!! Remeber... Life is not a destination... it is a jorney... Enjoy the ride.
Jeff
Phil--Mazel Tov! Your Dad told me about this Web site, and I just had to take a look for myself! Not bad! All of our best to you and to Ornit.
What a great idea! It was fun to look at the pictures of Little Ben. He reminds us of Adam when he was born,(Adam weighed 6 lbs. 1 oz) except that he didn't sleep for 4 hours straight for at least a year. We hope that you all have a lifetime of health, happiness and love and that we can see you all in real-time real soon!
Congratulations and welcome to the family.
Much Love,
Aunt Sue
remember, when you look at this antiquated technology, when you are older,
and can read stuff like this, that we only thought the Web was interesting due
to a lot of extreme marketing and the lack of an alternative to keep us occupied, like for instance,
a World War. In fact, the US can be summed up in the year of 97 as nothing
much more than "extreme marketing," so may you grow up to see through the lies
and in a world that has forgotten the word "demographic." And to to have plenty of fun at
Arapahoe parkway with your Uncle Johnny.
dear ben.
when u learn to read, please do it in hebrew so your doda could wish u graet things...

Ben!! Wow, are you one hunk of a kid! I can't wait to see you in person. I'm sure that you've already guessed--you have two fantastic parents. You are one lucky little boy. I wish you a life of good health, contentment, peace and LOTS & LOTS of FUN! see ya, Jackie OXOXOXOXOX's
Yo Cuz-
I'm your second cousin, once removed, out here in beautiful (?) Los
Angeles. Glad to have you aboard! Send (gurgle?) my regards to your parents.

We loved meeting you on the web today. Keep the pictures coming so that we can watch you grow.

With such a marvelous family, you are going to be a winner, no matter what direction you take. We hope to see you in person when you visit Los Angeles. Save a few smiles for us.

Darling nephew Ben, my sweet, little, slightly akoom, stud spud,
Beautiful, delectible and delicious, strong supple and cuddly, full of potential to be kind and to contribute to the world, loving, giving and always hungry - but enough about me -
Welcome to our family Benman - you've chosen well - from both sides you have inherited designer genes!
With lots of love and wet dodda kisses,
your aunty Nikixxxxx00000xxxxxx
There once was a young lad named Ben,
too small for a paper and pen.
His Dad said, "Don't fret."
I'll put you on the Net.
For virtual visits again and again."
Then one day the Mohel came through,
determined to make Ben a Jew.
Said Ben with a wince,
feeling the pinch,
"Can't we do this virtually, too?"
My dear Benchik, I can't wait to see
what kind of person you'll turn out to be.
If like Phil and Ornit,
full of pilpel, yet sweet.
Now how's that for a family tree?
I'll leave you with a wish on this page:
To paraphrase Hillel, our Sage,
When surrounded by stench,
may you still be a mench.
And may you live to a jolly old age!
Lots of love, Uncle (I LIKE the sound of that!) Neil
Dear Ben, Despite the fact that you reside in Denver, I hope you will listen to your father, a wise and thoughtful man, when it comes to selecting your favorite baseball team. Have you considered the LA Dodgers? Sincerely, Bob PS -- What brand of swaddling clothes do you recommend?
Shalom Ben,
Mazal tov on your very own web page! I assume that by now you've already figured out how to scan the pictures and FTP all your updated stats to your web page. Our best wishes to your parents. Please come visit us when you come to Israel.
Love, Julie & Shlomo

Dear Ben,
You are such a cute kid - and you look just like a Weinstock! Now we can't wait to meet you and hug you and all the "good stuff" that friends of your grandparents get to do.

Welcome to the World! I heard through the grapevine that you were on your way--and heard through E-mail that you had arrived, officially with Web site! Mazel Tov!

Love the new items on your homepage. We can hardly wait to play with you in Denver in a few days..Hope you like being squeeezed, hugged, and kissed alot!! Love to your folks. P.S.Know they love you to bits but bet if you slept through the night they would buy you a pony!!
Finally, your long lost auntie and uncle have joined the 20th century and gotten access to these beautiful photos of you. You are more gorgeous than we ever thought possible. We only wish we didn't have to leave Denver for the land of the Sphinx and miss your grand entrance. Oh well, see you in Israel!!
(By the way, Benchick, we thought you should know how lucky you are to have such terrific parents. We are kinda sweet on them... and now on you too!!)
Dear Baby Ben,
I heard you were born, but got to see you today for the very first time. You are the most handsome baby boy.
Your mommy had a dentist appointment so you came to work to be with your daddy. You don't know it yet but, you have a great life ahead of you, all sorts of wonderous and exciting things to learn.
You picked a great set of parents, what a lucky guy you are. Welcome to the world. God bless you.
Hi Ben!
Lets get together and play somtime! Are you sitting up yet? I'm not, but I working on it. Last time I saw you, you were exactly 1/2 my age. (that was on Passover, remember?) Now your probably bigger than me. (sigh) Anyway give me a call, or have your Ima give my Mommy a call so we can play.
Your pal, Raphael
Dear Ben, Donna thinks you are adorable, and I think you are lucky to look more like your mom than your dad. We really like your Web page and hope the old man gets rich selling the idea. Tell him thanks for taking time with me today and for treating.
This is the cutest idea I've ever heard of. Your picture is good enough to eat. I am in love with you and your parents.
MAZAL TOV TO YOU FOR ALL YOUR LIFE AND HOPE TO SEE YOU AT Kibbutz Palmach Tsuba very soon!"
We're here with our (and your) cousin Ken and stopped by to look at Ben and say Hi. Hi! (Aaron 9 and Elizabeth 12).
Hi Sweetie..We just spent Thanksgiving Weekend with you in Austin at your Uncle, Aunt, and cousins' house. Grandpa and I fell in love with you all over again!! In my unbiased opinion you are the sweetest and most adorable little fellow. You chose great parents to raise you and we know you will raise them well too. Ahava, Grandma Barb
Hi Ben,
I like your Web site. I hope you can visit Jacksonville soon so we
can compare tactics and watch The Love Bug a couple of hundred
times. It's a great film -- Chick Hearn's performance is underrated.
Your interactive friend,
Max
hi
We are pleased to meet you, Alfred and I. We are friends of your grandpa Joel Dorkam, with whom we work with the Maimon Volunteers in Israel. We hope you will grow up to be a proud Jew and be able to return to Israel to contribute to its being a good place to live. This is what is so important and will help Israel be strong. Do not be lured to the "material benefits" of other lands, even including the wonderful land of the U.S., in which you were born.

Your grandpa Joel is a very special man. Pay attention to what he says. After reading some of the other messages, I see you have an array of talented relatives. Do not be intimidated by that. Be your own man but listen to grandpa Joel. He is Wise.
